There are many special features you receive when opening a shop here on eBay. One of those features is "Email Marketing". You can also add pictures of items from your shop and a list of items that can be found in your store. On top of that you can personalize your shop newsletter with your shop header and personal message if you want.


A shop newsletter is an excellent way to get repeat customers. This is a way to tell them all the information they need to know about your shop and a great way for them to remember you.


There are a couple ways. You can mention in your item listings "Remember to add use to your Favorites to receive a Shop Newsletter from us!". Also you can add to your store a promotion box for your shop newsletters that have a handy "sign up" button that they just have to click on.
